How can I determine source currentness for structures products?

Since structures features are acquired from a variety of sources, the currentness of the data may vary by type of feature and by area of coverage. To provide an indication of data currentness, each feature has a Load Date attribute to indicate when the feature was loaded into The National Map. In addition, the time period when the feature was originally collected or updated may be indicated in the source metadata. Detailed source metadata is currently only available in the downloaded data by viewing the feature attribute table. Go to the Structures Data Model for more information on organization of feature metadata in downloaded datasets.
